Another Rachael Ray Winner…
Last night we had Rachael’s Chicken Divine. Her version of Chicken Divan. Can I say YUM-O! Pat thinks he’s died and gone to gourmet heaven. One week I’m cooking things off the back of the Campbell’s soup can, next week he’s eating like a king! The recipe called for fresh tarragon, something I have not used before and it gave a wonderful flavor to the chicken. I looked online for her recipe and it’s not on her site but you can find it here in her book Express Lane Meals. So far this book has been worth every penny! The recipes first time out take me a little more than 30 minutes. But not much more. The prep work is very simple, great flavor and sauces. Definitely worth checking out.
