I will admit I didn’t even know who Rachael Ray was until fall. Her show is on after General Hospital so I started watching it by default and I love her! I love her spunky attitude and I love her recipes. I recently bought one of her 30 minute meal cookbooks and it has so many great recipes. So far we have only encountered one dud. The other night I cooked the Leek-y Chicken and it was to die for. I was in a bad cooking rut and Pat is so excited to finally have some new things on the menu!
