Cutting Baby’s nails
My youngest child Evan hates to have his finger and toe nails clipped. From the moment he was old enough to snatch away his hand he has been completely uncooperative. He wiggles and yanks so much I worry I’m going to cut to close, it’s really a trying experience. And of course he cries and whines the whole time too. So I have finally found a solution!
I put a pair of baby nail clippers in my purse and when Evan falls asleep in the car I take advantage. My husband Pat says it seems horribly mean when he’s innocently asleep all strapped in his car seat to cut his nails. But I figure he’s oblivious, none the wiser, and the job is done. He won’t be scratching himself or anyone else anymore. If your baby is like mine definitely try it!
